After our boat excursion, we'll stop for a bowl of delectable "boat noodles" – one of the most delicious breakfasts on the trip. Although, as you might imagine, boat noodles are usually found on the water, sometimes in town you'll see a noodle shop with a boat out front to advertise that they, too, have these delicious noodles.
