Barbecued Chicken
Food, of course, is one of the highlights of Kasma's trips. Most dinners and many luncheons are virtual feasts, with 5 or 6 dishes to sample. Many trip members are amazed at the variety of different dishes we sample – Kasma estimates that you can find perhaps 5% of the dishes available in Thailand on menus in the United States. This is barbecued chicken with a chilli-dipping sauce from a restaurant in Mae Hong Son.
