Bowl of congee, ready to eat

Here's a bowl of congee (johk or kao dtom) from a street food stand in Bangkok. The yellow bits are fried wonton skin, added for texture. The meat that you see is pork liver. Kasma teaches this recipe (as Pork Rice Soup) in Weeklong Set B (day 4).
