Street Food Ready to Eat
How is it possible to resist food that looks this delicious! No need to know the Thai name — just point at what looks good. Food “to go” is always an option: rice is put in a plastic bag, the food is ladled on top and the bag is closed with a rubber band. Thai rubber band technique is an art in itself: in about a second the bag is closed so tightly that I usually have to work to get it loose.
