Chive cakes (Kanom Gooy-chai) are a delicious street food snack. They are first steamed and then finished on a grill, like the one in back. The cakes in the front are cooling and ready to be sold and eaten. Kasma teaches how to make chive cakes such as these in Series Set D (class 3) and Weeklong Set C (day 4).
