Here Siripon is putting the finished kanom krok in a styrofoam container while her husband checks to see how they are cooking. This stand has 4 pans, each with 22 indentations. I've seen other stands with as many as 8 pans and 4 people working. It is a very popular snack. Usually you need to wait in line to get a basket.
