Yum Tua Plu: On menu under Starter. Described on menu as "Spicy winged bean salad with shrimp paste, chilli, kaffir lime leaves, lemon juice, pan-roasted coconut, eaten with boiled egg." Kasma would call it Spicy Winged Bean Salad (Yum Tua Poo). (See article on Winged Beans.)
Note: These are all dishes that Kasma orders at Ruen Mai Restaurant in Krabi. The groups eat there for 4 or 5 meals during two of her small-group trips to Thailand, Trip A & Trip C.
