Yum Saded: On menu under Starter. Described on menu as: "Dry squid, cashewnut, lime, ginger, chilli, shallot, chopped lemon grass, make it sweet and sour salad, topped with fried shrimp." Kasma would call it Spicy Salad of Crisped Dried Cuttlefish, Shrimp and Cashews (Yum Sadet). **One of Michael's favorites.**
Note: These are all dishes that Kasma orders at Ruen Mai Restaurant in Krabi. The groups eat there for 4 or 5 meals during two of her small-group trips to Thailand, Trip A & Trip C.
