Yum Pak Ghood: On menu under Starter. Described on menu as: "Spicy edible fern salad with shrimp paste, chilli, kaffir lime leaves, lemon juice & pan-roasted coconut, eaten with boiled egg. Kasma would call it Fern Salad (Yum Pak Gkood).
Note: These are all dishes that Kasma orders at Ruen Mai Restaurant in Krabi. The groups eat there for 4 or 5 meals during two of her small-group trips to Thailand, Trip A & Trip C.
