Yum Med Mamuang: On menu under Starter. Described on menu as "Spicy Cashewnuts & Mango Salad." Kasma would call it Mango & Cashew Salad (Yam Mamuang).
Note: These are all dishes that Kasma orders at Ruen Mai Restaurant in Krabi. The groups eat there for 4 or 5 meals during two of her small-group trips to Thailand, Trip A & Trip C.
