Sapparot Bun: This is not on the menu but would be under Drinks. It is a Pineapple Shake (Smoothie) (Sapparot Bun). The blended fruit drinks (called bun in Thai) are highly recommended: rich in fruit and delicious.
Note: These are all dishes that Kasma orders at Ruen Mai Restaurant in Krabi. The groups eat there for 4 or 5 meals during two of her small-group trips to Thailand, Trip A & Trip C.
