Pla Insee Tod Si-euw: On menu under Deep Fried. Described on menu as "Deep fried Spanish mackerel with black sweet sauce." Kasma would use the following Thai transliteration: Bplah Insee Tawd Si-ew.
Note: These are all dishes that Kasma orders at Ruen Mai Restaurant in Krabi. The groups eat there for 4 or 5 meals during two of her small-group trips to Thailand, Trip A & Trip C.
