Panang Neua: On menu under Curry in Coconut Milk. Described on menu as: "Chicken, pork or beef in thick curry with coconut milk. 'Spicy or not can be your choice.'" Kasma calls it Panang Beef Curry (Panaeng Neua).
Note: These are all dishes that Kasma orders at Ruen Mai Restaurant in Krabi. The groups eat there for 4 or 5 meals during two of her small-group trips to Thailand, Trip A & Trip C.
