Pad Tam lung: On menu under Fried Vegetable. Described on menu as "Fried East Indian spinach with oyster sauce with shrimp, dried shrimp, smoked fish or chopped pork." Kasma would call it Stir-fried East Indian Spinach with Chopped Pork (Pad Dtamleung Moo Sap).
Note: These are all dishes that Kasma orders at Ruen Mai Restaurant in Krabi. The groups eat there for 4 or 5 meals during two of her small-group trips to Thailand, Trip A & Trip C.
