Pad Ped Sato: On menu under Fried Red Curry. Described on menu as: "(Sato is fruit of local tree) Fried curry paste with sato and shrimp, pork, chicken, beef or local chicken with coconut milk. 'Spicy or not can be your choice.'" Kasma would call it Spicy Southern-Style Stir-Fried Shrimp with Sadtaw (Pad Ped Sadtaw Gkoong). **Excellent Southern Dish.** (See information on sadtaw.)
