Pad Ped Pla Kapong: On menu under Fried Red Curry. Described on menu as: "Fried curry paste with crispy fish meat mixed with coconut milk. 'Spicy or not can be your choice.'" Kasma would call it Spicy Crispy Fried Fish (Pad Ped Bplah Gkapong Tawd Gkrawb).
Note: These are all dishes that Kasma orders at Ruen Mai Restaurant in Krabi. The groups eat there for 4 or 5 meals during two of her small-group trips to Thailand, Trip A & Trip C.
