Pad Pak Mieng: On menu under Fried Vegetable. Described on menu as: "(Pakmieng is local tree) Fried pak mieng with oyster sauce with shrimp, dried shirmp or smoke dried fish." Kasma would call it Stir-fried Pak Miang with Shrimp (Pak Miang Pad Gkoong).
Note: These are all dishes that Kasma orders at Ruen Mai Restaurant in Krabi. The groups eat there for 4 or 5 meals during two of her small-group trips to Thailand, Trip A & Trip C.
