Pad Mu Tao Hu Yi: On menu under Fried Seafood & Meat. Described on menu as "Fried pork with fermented bean curd and some garlic." Kasma would call in pretty much the same, transliterating the Thai as moo sahm chan pad dtow hoo yee.
Note: These are all dishes that Kasma orders at Ruen Mai Restaurant in Krabi. The groups eat there for 4 or 5 meals during two of her small-group trips to Thailand, Trip A & Trip C.
