Neua Po Pad Pong Kari: On menu under Fried Seafood & Meat. Described on the menu as "Fried crab meat with curry powder and some celery, onion." Kasma would call it Crab Meat in Yellow Curry Sauce (Bpoo Pad Pong Gkaree). A great mild dish.
Note: These are all dishes that Kasma orders at Ruen Mai Restaurant in Krabi. The groups eat there for 4 or 5 meals during two of her small-group trips to Thailand, Trip A & Trip C.
