Laab Talay: Not on menu; it would be under Starter. It can still be ordered. Kasma would call it Spicy Northeastern Seafood Salad (Laab Talay). This type of salad is served with raw vegetables to be eaten with the (quite) spicy salad.
Note: These are all dishes that Kasma orders at Ruen Mai Restaurant in Krabi. The groups eat there for 4 or 5 meals during two of her small-group trips to Thailand, Trip A & Trip C.
