Kua Kling: On menu under Fried Red Curry. Described on menu as: "Kua Kling" 'Extra Hot.'" It is indeed extra hot. Kasma calls it Southern-style Dried Fried Chopped Beef (Kua Gkling Neua). This is not the best picture but it's a wonderful dish if you can eat extra spicy.
Note: These are all dishes that Kasma orders at Ruen Mai Restaurant in Krabi. The groups eat there for 4 or 5 meals during two of her small-group trips to Thailand, Trip A & Trip C.
