Kaeng Prik Neua: On the menu under Curry Paste Non-Creamy. Described as: "Beef in thick curry paste with local herbs 'extra hot.'" Kasma calls it Southern-Style Chilli Curry with Beef Gkaeng Prik Neua). This is a strong (very) hot dish and a southern specialty.
Note: These are all dishes that Kasma orders at Ruen Mai Restaurant in Krabi. The groups eat there for 4 or 5 meals during two of her small-group trips to Thailand, Trip A & Trip C.
