Chu Chi Pla: On menu under Curry in Coconut Milk. Described on menu as: "Fish in thick curry with coconut milk." Kasma calls it Choo Chee Fish (Choo Chee Bplah Gkapong). **Highly Recommended!** One of our absolute favorite dishes at Ruen Mai.
Note: These are all dishes that Kasma orders at Ruen Mai Restaurant in Krabi. The groups eat there for 4 or 5 meals during two of her small-group trips to Thailand, Trip A & Trip C.
