#12 Crab Dip Served with Vegetables: (Loen Bpoo Kem). This dish is made from salted crab, pork and coconut milk and served as a dipping sauce with an assorted vegetable platter. Fresh turmeric or banana blossom are often used as their flavor blends very nicely with the combination of flavors in the dip.
