Salted Crab Dip Dish

Fermented Fish Dip Served with Vegetables: (Loen Bplah Kem). This dish is made from fermented fish, pork and coconut milk and served as a dipping sauce with an assorted vegetable platter. Fresh turmeric or banana blossom are often used as their flavor blends very nicely with the combination of flavors in the dip. Kasma teaches a similar dip (with crab) in Weeklong Advanced Set B (day 1).
