83, Spicy Eggplant Salad: (Yum Makeau Yao). Possibly my favorite dish at My Choice in Bangkok. They use the wonderful green long eggplants that bring a lovely roasted flavor to the dish. It's usually very spicy and delightfully sour. Kasma teaches her version of this recipe in evening Advanced Series Set A (class 1) and Weeklong Set A (day 5).
