Massaman Beef Curry with Roti: I've added this photo although it is not on the menu and must be special ordered in advance. It is a delicious and rich Massaman Curry (Gkaeng Massaman) served with roti. Kasma orderes the curry made with beef tongue. Kasma teaches her version of this recipe in evening Advanced Series Set D (class 4) and Weeklong Set B (day 4).
Note: These are all dishes that Kasma orders at My Choice Restaurant in Krabi. The groups eat there for 4 or 5 meals during all of her small-group trips to Thailand.
