Students prepping a dish in a cooking class

In classes, students break into teams and work on the dishes together. Here several students are helping to assemble Northeastern-Style Spicy Crisped Rice and Sour Sausage Salad with Shredded Ginger and Peanuts (Yahm Naem Kao Tawd). The recipe is taught in evening Series Set C (class 4) and Weeklong Set B (day 5).
